Schnitzelröllchen „herbs of provence“ as Schnitzel-sushi with pumpkin

Ingredients for 4 persons

Schnitzelröllchen „herbs of provence“:


  • 1 butternut squash
  • 1 pointed pepper
  • 30 g butter
  • 20 ml apple cider vinegar

Further ingredients:

  • 200 g pumpkin noodles
  • 500 ml pork stock
  • 2 g turmeric


  • Roasted and sliced pumpkin seeds
  • Soybean paste with pumpkin puree



  • Cut the pumpkin and the pointed peppers into fine cubes. Sweat the pumpkin cubes in butter, season with salt and deglaze with vinegar. Simmer until al dente and fold in the diced paprika.

Further ingredients:

  • Bring the brew to the boil and mount the turmeric in it. Briefly heat the pasta in the stock and drain the stock. Salt lightly and serve the pasta immediately.

Schnitzelröllchen „herbs of provence:

  • Heat the Schnitzelröllchen “herbs of provence” in the preheated combi steamer for about 10-12 minutes (without steam) according to the preparation recommendation.


Arrange the vegetables and place the FVZ-Schnitzelröllchen “herbs of provence” on top. Flank with the noodles and serve with the soybeans. Scatter the pumpkin seeds.
