Prepare the product from frozen. Cooking times may vary depending on the power rating of the appliance.
Pan: allow to draw in a sauce or stock for approx. 20 min.
Combi steam oven with 5 % dampness: steam for a short while at the start; at 160 – 180°C for approx. 10-12 min.
Store and transport at -18°C. Consume immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze. Heat article before consumption according to preparation recommendation.
